After identifying the commercial potencial of several land properties acquired in various opportunities, a BRASIF developed real estate enterprises in conjunction with contractors such as Alphaville Urbanismo, Bratke & Collet and Construtora Caparaó.

More recently, BRASIF has stepped up these operations, making more than 100.000 square meters of buildings in 2007. These efforts led to the construction of the L’Adresse, San Sebastián and Lolita Guimarães buildings in Belo Horizonte, with Construtora Caparaó. In addition, a partnership between BRASIF, Schahin, Stühlberger and MAC gave birth to the Vila Nova Mariana building in São Paulo, sold out by the time of its release.

BRASIF´s presence in the real estate market also reaches Rio de Janeiro, where the construction of a modern office building is taking place at the city´s premium south zone area, the Edifício BRASIF.

To other states, new projects; in partnering with Alphaville Urbanismo, are being prepared, and land areas for their construction have already been acquired.
